Shipping Policy

Made to order, with love

Every Grace on the Go Designs product is printed to order especially for you. This means we don't hold pre-made stock — each item is created just for you once you place your order. Please allow a little extra time for this, as outlined below.

Where your order is made and shipped from

Our products are printed to order through our trusted print partners, with production and dispatch handled from facilities in the United States and China. This means your order ships internationally to reach you in Australia (and worldwide), which is reflected in the delivery timeframes below. Please note that international deliveries may occasionally be subject to import duties, GST, or customs fees charged by your local authorities — see "Customs, duties & taxes" below for details.

Production time

All orders have a production time of 2–3 business days before they are dispatched. This is the time it takes to print, quality-check, and prepare your order for shipping, and it is separate from the delivery time below.

Shipping time

Once your order has been produced and dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Australia: 10-33 business days
  • US: 2-5 business days
  • International: 10–33 business days

Please note that total time to receive your order = production time + shipping time. For example, an international order may take approximately 12–33 business days in total from the day you order.

Where we ship

We ship Australia-wide and to most international destinations. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email. If tracking is available: A tracking number will be included where available so you can follow your order's journey.

Customs, duties & taxes (international orders)

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Grace on the Go Designs has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

Delays

While we do everything we can to dispatch on time, please note that delivery estimates are provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, peak periods, or carrier issues, which are outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out and we'll do our best to help.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, though we'll always try to assist where we can.
